1.Cannot Connect To The Control Software

-Please check whether the RJ45 interface indicator on the control card is working. If it does not work, it may be that the network cable is abnormal.

-The default IP of the controller is 192.168.0.178, so you need to set the control computer and the controller to the same network segment.

-If you are connected via a network, double-click "SpellControl-network" on the main interface to log in. If you connect via RS232, you need to double-click "SpellControl-serialPort" to log in. -

-If you still cannot connect, please contact iSEMC technical support staff to provide you with remote support.

2.Nothing Is Displayed On The Screen

-First, please check the LED indicator of the output card. This indicator corresponds to the connection status of the output interface. If the LED indicator does not work, then you need to check whether the Mapping function in the control software has completed the mapping (mapping function: custom screen and The connection relationship of the output interface), as shown in the figure below, the output interface 1/3/5/7 has been mapped, so when the output interface 1/3/5/7 is connected to the screen through HDMI, the content will be displayed, but other interfaces Because there is no mapping, it cannot be displayed and the LED indicator will not work.

-Please exchange the HDMI cable connected to the normal display and abnormal display interface. If the problem moves with the HDMI cable, it may indicate that the HDMI cable at the project site is abnormal. Just replace the HDMI cable.

-Please swap the position of the abnormal board with the normal working board, and check whether the problem will move with the board again. If it still does not solve, please contact the iSEMC technical support staff to support you remotely.

3.Basemap And Subtitle Functions Cannot Work

-Because Basemap and Subtitle are optional functions, output cards based on the -US version can support Basemap and Subtitle functions, so please click " Video WallDevice Version " to view the output card version of the current device, as shown in the figure below -US The version of the output card can use Basemap and Subtitle functions normally.

-If the output card version is -US and you still cannot use the Basemap and Subtitle functions, please contact the iSEMC technical support staff to support you remotely.

4.The Moving Window Is Not Smooth In Control Software

-The meaning of Real window mode is to move the window with the mouse in the software, and the window on the video wall will move synchronously with the mouse. This will require a higher configuration of the control computer, and there may be a stuttering phenomenon in the software, so close Real Window mode can solve the stuck problem

5.There Is Extra Text Or Logo On The Window

-The meaning of the OSD function is to add characters or pictures as markers in the window corresponding to the input source. The extra text displayed on the window is probably caused by the OSD function. If you want to remove the text or picture LOGO, please right-click in the signal source list For the corresponding signal source, click on the OSD page to cancel the OSD display.

6.Subtitle Function Text Scrolling Cannot Occupy The Entire Screen

-The Subtitle function supports customizing the size and scroll position of the text. When the content of the text is not enough to occupy the entire screen, please add multiple spaces after the entered characters in the text edit box and upload again to solve the problem.
