1.Cannot Connect To The Control Software

-Please check whether the RJ45 interface indicator on the control card is working. If it does not work, it may be that the network cable is abnormal.

-The default IP of the controller is 192.168.0.178, so you need to set the control computer and the controller to the same network segment.

IP address:192.168.0.xx(2~254) Subnet mask:255.255.255.0 Default gateway:192.168.0.1

-If you are connected via a network, double-click "SpellControl-network" on the main interface to log in. If you connect via RS232, you need to double-click "SpellControl-serialPort" to log in.

-If you still cannot connect, please contact iSEMC technical support staff to provide you with remote support.

2.Nothing Is Displayed On The Screen

-First, please check the LED indicator of the output card. This indicator corresponds to the connection status of the output interface. If the LED indicator does not work, then you need to check whether the Mapping function in the control software has completed the mapping (mapping function: custom screen and The connection relationship of the output interface), as shown in the figure below, the output interface 5 and output interface 7 have been mapped, so when the output interfaces 5 and 7 are connected to the screen through HDMI, the content will be displayed, but the other interfaces are not mapped because they are not mapped. Display and the LED indicator will not work.

  • Please exchange the HDMI cable connected to the normal display and abnormal display interface. If the problem moves with the HDMI cable, it may indicate that the HDMI cable at the project site is abnormal. Just replace the HDMI cable.

  • Please swap the position of the abnormal board with the normal working board, and check whether the problem will move with the board again. If it still does not solve, please contact the iSEMC technical support staff to support you remotely.
