1.Cannot Connect To The Control Software

-Please check whether the RJ45 interface indicator on the control card is working. If it does not work, it may be that the network cable is abnormal.

-The default IP of the controller is 192.168.1.3, so you need to set the control computer and the controller to the same network segment.

IP address:192.168.1.xx(2~254) Subnet mask:255.255.255.0 Default gateway:192.168.1.1

-Serial Communication: Choose “COM”, select the connected serial port number (Default COM1), Baud rate: 115200. Network Communication: Choose “NET”, enter IP address or click [Refresh] button, search on-line device, select searched IP address. Support Preview version, you need to select Ⅲ in "Device Type", select Ⅱ for the non-Preview version.

-If you still cannot connect, please contact iSEMC technical support staff to provide you with remote support.

2.Abnormal Display Of Input And Output Interface

-Please exchange the HDMI cable connected to the normal display and abnormal display interface. If the problem moves with the HDMI cable, it may indicate that the HDMI cable at the project site is abnormal. Just replace the HDMI cable.

-Please swap the position of the abnormal board with the normal working board, and check whether the problem will move with the board again. If it still does not solve, please contact the iSEMC technical support staff to support you remotely.

3.Scene Cannot Be Saved

-Too much file cache, enter the software root directory, delete the "brLocal.db" file
