Quick installation process of LCD video wall

Unpacking

Before unpacking the display, prepare a flat and stable surface near a wall outlet. Set the product box in an upright position.

1. Check if the package box is damaged or crash damaged after receiving the goods. If so, please take photos and feedback in time.

2. After checking the packing box, open box examination.

3. Check the number of devices, packing list, the number of random devices, and see if there are missing parts.

4. Screen appearance check: take out the screen and check if there are any signs of breakage, leakage, collision, etc.

Moving Carrying and Mounting the Display

When carrying the display, always hold the carrying handles with two hands and move around horizontally as shown in the illustration provided. When mounting the display on a wall or an enclosed area, it is strongly recommended that you use the wall-mount kit designed for your display with the installation of the wall mount performed by a qualified service technician or licensed contractor.

NOTE: The video wall displays should be installed on a flat surface. Make sure to leave enough space around the display for proper air circulation and heat dissipation.

Installation Process:

During the construction, please ensure that the assistant has certain skills training, priority is given to the installation of brackets and fixed brackets, after the installation of the brackets shaking brackets to ensure that each connection of the brackets is stable and firm, if the landing cabinet and the landing bracket, as the case may be, at the bottom of the reinforcement and explosion bolts.

1. Installation hook: The screen packing foam can be used as a desktop, the screen will be erected on the foam, by a certain skilled engineer to install the hook.

2. Install the screen: This is done by at least two people, holding the screen handle in one hand and holding the lower edge of the screen in the other to hang the screen on the bracket.

Note: It is forbidden to knead the corners of the screen with your hands.

3.Installation gap: When installing, keep physical gap between the screens (can be tested with a piece of paper, keep the gap between the two screens can be stuffed with a piece of A4 paper), to avoid hot expansion and cold shrinkage of the screen caused by extrusion damage, and avoid the screen physical collision and extrusion in the installation process.

4. Debugging Screen Physical Position: When debugging the screen position, please cooperate with the horizontal ruler adjustment, do not unilaterally adjust the screen by a large margin, to prevent the edge of the screen to adjacent screen edge caused by squeezing.

5. Installation and detection synchronization: After installing a line of the screen, please promptly display the power on the installed screen to detect whether there is a screen display abnormality, and solve it in time. It is recommended that each line be tested in the same way after the installation is completed.

6. After installing, connect all power lines, control lines and signal lines, control the screen, input signal display, to see if there is any abnormality.

7. Finally Installation is complete.

Note: Heat Dissipation Problem: Each processor has a separate cooling fan behind the LCD screen and hopes to install at least one air conditioner in the room with the LCD screen to adjust the temperature.

Turning On All the Devices

1. Turn on all the attached external devices, such as a computer or DVD player and make sure that the cables are properly connected.

2. Turn on the main power switch of the display.

3. Press the [Power] button on the remote control or on the LCD display control panel to turn on the display.

CAUTION:

l DO NOT turn off the main power switch or disconnect the power cable within two seconds of turning off the power of the display via the remote control, the control panel of the display, or communication command.

l If the AC power is turned off immediately after the power-off operation, all the OSD settings will be reset to the factory defaults the next time the display is powered on.

l If you turn off the display by detaching the power cable, wait for at least 2 seconds before re-attaching the power cable for normal operation.

Using the LCD Display

When you turn the display on for the first time, you need to adjust the basic setting of the display by entering the OSD menu.

Follow the OSD menu to customize the settings according to your preferences.

Selecting the video input

Press the [INPUT] button to select the desired video input source (VGA, HDMI1, HDMI2, AV, YPbPr, DVI or USB). Alternatively, press the ‘‘O’’ or ‘‘T’’ buttons on the remote control to switch the video input source.

Selecting the OSD language

Press the [MENU] button to display the OSD menu, and select [Initial Setting]g[Menu Language] to select the desired OSD language (English, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish or Simplified Chinese).

Selecting the picture mode

Press the [MENU] button to display the OSD menu, and select [Picture]g[Picture Mode] to select the picture mode suitable for the display. You can also adjust picture settings to obtain the desired image quality.

Selecting the audio

Press the [MENU] button to display the OSD menu, and select [Sound]g[Speaker] to select whether the built-in speakers or external stereo speakers are to be used as the audio. Select [Audio Source] to select which source to use for audio input from all available audio sources (LINE IN, HDMI2, etc).

Setting the schedule

Press the [MENU] button to display the OSD menu, and select [Setup]g[Scheduler] to program the power-on/off time and the preferred audio-video input source.

Attention:

Video wall installation must pay attention to details, careful and serious. Do not rough installation, when the installation process, such as screen display color or uneven brightness, it is likely that the installation process screen received extrusion, not the quality of the screen. when the fault is found, must be promptly relieved of extrusion force, such as the screen is only slightly extruded, when relieved of extrusion, the screen the curtain is likely to return to normal, but if pressed too heavily, it may cause irreparable damage to the screen.
